Hervé Pennequin C - Intense gold color of high intensity. N - Extracted fruit candy, almost syrup, rich, almost heavy, root sugar beet. P - Very syrupy, great acidity to balance, notes of lemon, roasted pineapple, superb length but little bit too heavy.
Andreas Larsson C - Very brilliant, deep golden. N - Complex nose, candied yellow fruits, cloves, orange peel, smoke. P - Wonderfully integrated sweetness, candied fruits and spices, fine acidity, great length, very long, 'highly complex'.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, yellow, intense gold. N - Honey notes, green jam, quince, intense and fresh, fine aromatic expression. P - Powerful, generous, developing flavors, very well integrated acidity on base of well blended honey, fine balance, good quality in mouth, long, deep and persistent finish.
Motohiro Okoshi C - Brilliant, strong, gold. N - Toasted bread, honey, quince jelly, heavy aromas, forceful intensity. P - Quite sweet, smooth and waxy, hint of honey and opulence, feeble acidity, heavy, lacks balance, average finish.
Giuseppe Vaccarini C - brilliant, consistent, yellow, old gold. N - Tertiary aromas, ripe fruit, spice and honey, fine quality bouquet of good intensity. P - Sweet, full bodied, quite sapid, very fine quality flavors, lovely balance, very long and persistent finish. Very good.
