Wine tasted on S4C n 1 Larsson Andreas Young, charming and fruity nose, citrus and fresh stone fruit. Good structure and spiciness, fresh palate with generous length. What young Grüner Veltliner is all about !
Pennequin Hervé Pale yellow green. Fresh mint and green aromas on mineral bouquet with citrus and lemon peel. Quite persistent with floral notes on finish. Superbly elegant with great acidity and lovely white peach and floral flavors on the palate. Dagorn Roger Yellow and brilliant. Fresh baked apple and pear on the nose. Dry on the palate with crisp acidity and fresh fruit aromas and flavors, medium short length on the end. Pleasant and approachable wine. Slater Mark Green yellow. Nice clarity. Textbook bouquet ! Deeply flavored palate with very firm structure. Acidity and fruit in lovely harmony. Flavorful, well made, clean and fresh, most attractive wine. Laporte Dominique Straw yellow with green reflections, a swirl of bubbles. Discreet, reserved nose allowing a glimmer of its latent raciness and class. Magnificently balanced palate with a terrific dimension of freshness and perfectly mastered bitterness. Lovely persistence. Good potential for laying down. What a joy !
