Hervé Pennequin C - Pale yellow green. N - Very slightly toasty, touch of blond caramel but fresh, elegant oak. P - Smooth and unctuous, superb balance, great wine, exemplary acidity, long aftertaste, very good.
Andreas Larsson C - Clear, light golden. N - Slightly toasted oak, roasted nuts and ripe citrus, grapefruit. P - Dry and fresh, nice fruit underlined by some toasted oak, slightly woody finish,fairly persistent.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, pale golden yellow. N - Baked apple, quince jelly, hint of dried orange peel aromas,toasted notes, complex and very intense bouquet, very attractive quality. P - Ample, glycerin texture in mouth, well developed fl avors, well balanced and integrated acidity, hint of vanilla and yeast fragrance on aftertaste, fine quality, elegant wine with lovely balance, long and deep persistence.
Yoichi Sato C - Brilliant, quite consistent, green yellow. N - Pear, quince, walnut notes, hint of spice, cinnamon,ether, good quality, quite elegant, strong intensity. P - Round, generous, well fruited body, elegant with attractive acidity, good quality, hint of lactic tones and spicy aftertaste, very well balanced, long and persistent.
Virginia Philip C - High viscosity, yellow center,
green notes. N - Oak and oak and
more oak! Ripe, yellow fruits, American
oak? Too much of it, all one smells.
P - Firm, juicy, ripe, yellow fruits
with oak and creamy notes, some quality
but has to go easier on oak, better
on palate as fl avors develop, nice balance,long persistence. A pity the oak
is hiding the otherwise elegant, yellow
fruit.
