With a very bright yellow color, the wine does not show any trace of aging in the color, the vintage was marked by a gradual ripeness of the grapes maintaining a great balance between acids/sugar at time of harvest. Although on the nose, the wine is marked by the aging process, more aromas of blond tobacco leaves, with light caramel in the finish, very delicate and fresh still. While in the mouth, the wine goes back to its youth with a great freshness; very mineral with luscious and unctuous flavors of pear and pineapple.
