Andreas Larsson C - Young mousse, clear, light golden. N - Generous bouquet, rich and buttery, pears, nougat. P - Broad in the mouth, fresh acidity and good fruit, more rich than elegant, balanced, quiet good persistence.

N - Intense and elegant, buttery aromas, freshly dried apricots, hint of ripe citrus fruit, sweet touch, delicate yeast and bakery tones, high intensity. Yoichi Sato C - Brilliant, sparkling, yellow green. N - Ripe pear and quince, allusion to honey, fresh bread notes, quite elegant, nice quality, pure and complex with good intensity. P - Ripe yellow fruit with spicy tones, brioche nuances, elegant, good quality, well balanced, long persistence.

high acidity, moderate + intensity. P- Yellow fruits, yeasty, biscuit, layered fl avors of fi ne quality showing some elegance, nice balance, medium persistence. Well balanced Non Vintage.
