Hervé Pennequin C - Regular, thin ring, gold yellow of medium intensity. N - Ripe pear, apricot, fresh citrus, lime with litchi, great quality, relatively complex with toasty finish. P - Light toast, yeast, ripe fruits, citrus notes, lime, fresh rhubarb, great blend of flavors into well expressed osmosis, very fine structure with combination of all components, tremendous balance, superb finish and persistence. A fantastic BSA.
Mark Slater C - Bright, excited bubbles, deep yellow gold. N - Candy and sulphur bouquet. P - Good mouth feel, average flavor expression, sugary in mouth, not much balance, fades out. Simple, light structure, medium dry.
Andreas Larsson C - Clear, bright, small bubbles, light golden. N - Developed bouquet, autumnal fruits, nuts and brioche. P - Dry and quite full bodied, fresh acidity and nice fruit, good length, lingering persistence. Good !
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, golden yellow. N - Ripe fruit, yeast, chalk, rubber notes, high intensity, deep complexity. P - Light attack, creamy texture, silky mouth feel, fine bubbles, quite balanced, short finish.
Yoichi Sato C - Clear, medium strength foam, slightly odd, golden yellow. N - Ample and attractively intense aromas, developed yellow fruit, hint of wood, slightly modest finish. P - Round, honey, jammy fruit, good concentration, acidity slightly dominating, but good balance is achieved, long finish – marked by acidity and bitterness. Overall very good with meat dishes, but avoid with desserts.
Giuseppe Vaccarini C - Good, quite persistent, foam, intense, golden yellow, green reflections. N - Dried and yellow fruit aromas, average quality, quite intense. P - Slight minerality and acidity, supple body, average quality, hint of bitterness at the end, quite balanced, short finish. Overly simple.
