Hervé Pennequin C - Medium bubble, discreet foam and ring, pale yellow straw with green rim. N - White flower, apple, pear, slightly mineral. Good quality but lacks personality, discreet overall. P - White flower, fresh mint, white pear and apple, green pea. Touch of elegance on medium quality, good balance, but finish slightly warm.
Mark Slater C - Meek, tiny bead, very pale. N - Subtle bouquet, difficult to interpret. P - Sweetness dominates flavors, good quality, fruit over prominent, balance delicate, fades to sweetness at end. Medium bodied, on the sweet side.
Andreas Larsson C - Clear. N - Chalk, mineral, citrus, hazelnuts, Anjou pears. P - Well structured, nice fruit, medium high acidity, good extraction and length.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, straw yellow, golden reflections. N - Fine yeast, white flowers, fresh baked goods, elegant and generous, high intensity and complexity. P - Powerful attack, but elegant mouth feel, bubbles well integrated, lovely balance, tremendous amplitude in length and persistence.
Yoichi Sato C - Clean, clear, well sustained bubbles, good density, delicate golden hue. N - Florality – hawthorn, modest aromas, not very intense, agreeable complexity. P - Honey, yellow flowers, round bodied, good acidity, stability of flavors and bubbly mouth feel, well balanced, short finish. Easy drinking.
Giuseppe Vaccarini C - Very fine foam, pale yellow, light green reflections. N - Ripe fruit, quite fine and elegant, intense and complex. P - Good acidity, mineral, discreet body, fine and elegant, quite balanced, relatively persistent. Fine and pleasant.
