Hervé Pennequin C - Very fizzy - too much, bright yellow gold, green rim. N - Nice touch of mint, lemony, plum, mineral - flinty, almost slate. Great quality, relatively intense and complex. P - Buttery, glycerin touch, some oak that overwhelms the fruit, good complexity, but different character though. Great, refreshing acidity, long but the oak and acidity stand out.
Mark Slater C - Attractive, quick, small bead, sparkly hues. N - Bright, yeasty, hard to tell more. P - Intense fruit, touch alcoholic, good quality flavors, overly viscous, tends to sweetness, medium finish. Bid body, wish it was drier.
Andreas Larsson C - Bright, light golden. N - Very clean, aromas of citrus, green apples and nuts. P - Strange note of rubber, fresh acidity, young fruit.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, straw yellow. N - Flinty, chalk, hint of rubber, ripe, stone fruit, generous aromas, high intensity and complexity. P - Powerful attack, elegant, notes of acidity, well integrated bubbles, high acidity giving vivacity and vibrancy, finely balanced, generous, ample finish.
Yoichi Sato C - Average density, pale yellow. N - Elder flowers, modest, yet very attractive aromas, yellow flowers, moderate intensity. P - Yellow fruit, very fine acidity, pear, yellow apples, quite rich and fat flavors, structured and round in the mouth, very well balanced, relatively short finish. Quite simple style – serve very well chilled.
Giuseppe Vaccarini C - Brilliant, medium foam, quite persistent, intense yellow, very green reflections. N - Fresh fruit, minerality, finely elegant, intense with discreet complexity. P - Discreet acidity, medium bodied, quite fine, nicely balanced, short finish. Discreet, but youthful.
