Hervé Pennequin Light, pale, yellow with green rim, young looking, nice '«cordon», ring', ring, beautiful cream colour. Fresh oyster shell aroma, flavours with wheat and rye, a touch of mushroom. Fresh apple, light toasty finish.
Mark Slater Healthy mousse, active bead. Subdued nose. Dry, full bodied. Excellent fi nish. Very good.
