Hervé Pennequin C - Medium intense, red ruby, light brown hues. N - Dried rose leaves, spices, cinnamon, dusty. Somewhat thin in the end. Short. P - Roasted coffee beans, cacao, spices, lavender, cherry, Morello cherry. Tannins and high acidity. Relatively long.
Mark Slater C - Great garnet density. N - Gentle, warm bouquet, quite good aromatic expression, very nice overall and fine intensity. P - Medium body, starts sweet, average quality, acidity turns on right away, falls off. Light,pleasant, but green.
Andreas Larsson C - Clear, medium ruby. N - Nice bouquet, minerals, dry spices and plums. P - Balanced with good freshness, red plums, nice tannins. Medium to long finish.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, dark cherry red. N - Ripe, redcurrant, crystallized fruit, balsamic hint, floral notes of broom. P - Savory and generous body, refined, well integrated tannins. Balsamic notes at the end. Good finish.
Yoichi Sato C - Lovely clarity, dense, dark and deep garnet ruby, very attractive appearance. N - Already evolved, wood and bark notes, medium aromatic expression and intensity. P - Good bitterness and acidity presence, Oriental spices, lovely flavors, reasonable balance, not very long. Medium bodied - wait at least two years.
Giuseppe Vaccarini C - Dense, ruby garnet. N - Fruited notes, vegetal tones, liquorice, quite intense. P - Round, alcoholic, tannic, good balance and length. Slightly untypical aromas and taste.
