Wine tasted on S4C n 1 Larsson Andreas Young and fresh nose, citrus and melon. Fresh palate, medium bodied with spicy notes, good freshness and fair length. Nice vitality.
Pennequin Hervé Pale, yellow gold. Great mineral aromas, flinty bouquet with fresh apple notes and touch of grapefruit. Great presence in mouth, elegant overall, delicate, fresh acidity supporting the citrus flavors with apple and pear. Moderate finish. Nice wine, expressed with delicacy.
Dagorn Roger Light, bright and clear yellow green. Green herbal notes on a citrus bouquet. Dry and clean palate with nice, balanced acidity. Cleansing mouth feel. Lingering, citrus finish. Appealing, refreshing and balanced wine. Slater Mark Pale straw. Light bouquet. Pleasant mouth. Strong acidity, short on end with medium flavors. Pleasant, no more. Laporte Dominique Sustained yellow green, plenty of green reflections. Several bubbles forming a swirl on top of the wine. Agreeable, quite complex nose with a light, grilled (wooded?) impression. Agreeable in the mouth, dominated by the active presence of bitter notes, but well integrated into the structure of the wine. Long and persistent with good volume. Ample and generous wine, which is well supported by lovely bitterness.
