Hervé Pennequin C - Deep core of ruby with light brown rim. N - Earthy bouquet with light spices, cloves, dried almond, tar, medium persistence. P - Good grip in the mouth, high tannins with fresh acidity, firm all along, very earthy, lacks elegance, dried rose leaves, bitter finish.
Andreas Larsson C - Developed ruby. N - Fragrant and fi ne bouquet, wild berries, flowers, leather. P - Sweet fruit, yet dry palate, fresh with marked tannins, structured and long, good persistence. “Needs risotto.”
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, low density,ruby red. N - Cooked, toasted notes, cacao, eucalyptus hint, very elegant bouquet of great complexity and intensity. P - Suave attack, then ample, developing a generous flavor expression, noble, well integrated tannins and high, long persistence. Very feminine wine.
Yoichi Sato C - Clear, transparent, dense, pale garnet. N - Spicy notes, fresh fruit compote, good quality, strong intensity. P - Structure, hint of astringency, good quality with elegance and a certain freshness, well balanced flavors, long finish.
Virginia Philip C - Medium + viscosity, light ruby brown/salmon rim. N - Neutral oak, dried red fruit, out of balanced and disjointed a bit closed. P - Good palate, dried fruits, cherry and rose flavors, simple but well made, quite good quality, well balanced, lingering tannin structure, long finish. Needs more time, quite a lot in fact.
