Hervé Pennequin C - Rich, intense red ruby. N - Bouquet of cacao powder with spices, sweet vanilla, black cherry, medium persistence. P - Smooth and delicate in the mouth, bitter chocolate to the end, powerful spices, aggressive acidity with firm tannins, cloves, leather, earthy.
Andreas Larsson C - Light tawny orange. N - Open, generous, red fruits, flowers, spicy touch, chocolate. P - Sweet fruit, full and structured, high acidity, firm tannins, elegant and long, fine persistence, elegant wine.
Teresa Perez C - Clean, brilliant, low density, ruby red. N - Prunes, dried fruit and raisins, light alcoholic notes, vegetal background, medium intensity. P - Suave, silky and velvety in mouth, well integrated tannins but warm finish, medium persistence.
Yoichi Sato C - Clear, transparent, dense, pale garnet, touch orange. N - Well spiced, hint empyromatic, fine quality with elegance, comlplex intensity. P - Structured, full bodied and full fleshed wine, well expressed fruit
balanced by good acidity, at same
time fulsome and fresh, very nicely
balanced, long and persistent.
Virginia Philip C - Medium + viscosity, moderate
center, orange/brown rim. N
- Floral, oak, spice, new oak? Dried
red fruit, very good quality bouquet,
opulent and deep, very attractive.
P - Dried cherry oak, neutral spice,
earthy, “terroir”. Very good quality, a
bid closed, hiding fruit, lingering red
fruit, tannins huge, but balanced, long
persistence. Youthful, yet shows great
potential.
