Wine tasted on S4C n 1 Larsson Andreas Quite deep color, bright and golden. The nose is ripe, showing yellow fruit, plums and some waxy notes. The palate has good structure, is full bodied with fresh acidity and long finish.
Pennequin Hervé Gold yellow with green hues. Discreet, stone fruit aromas, prune and yellow plum, hint of rancio on end of bouquet. Smooth attack, low acidity, almost flabby palate.
Dagorn Roger Vibrant, deep yellow. Rich nose, alcohol apparent, but overall elegant. Dry to off dry palate, elegant and rich on finish. Full, well balanced, rich palate. Well made wine.
Slater Mark Bright yellow hue. Delicate, interesting nose. Great power and extraction. Wonderful structure, great length. Clean fruit and lovely depth. Very pleasing, both power and grace!
Laporte Dominique Intense and luminous gold yellow. Blocked aromas due to reductive nose. Palate dominated by mature and sweet flavors, poor freshness and low volume. Too simple. Very light wine.
