Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark golden color. Classic Gewürztraminer perfumed floral and tropical fruit aromas on steroids. Smooth, medium sweetness, creamy (verging on syrupy) mouthfeel, medium body and a 400-grit texture. Satiny flavors that carry through the aromas…peach, tropical fruit, citrus and ginger that are awash in Sourwood (Oxydendrum arboreum) honey. Fresh acidity and a long mouth filling finish that leaves you with the taste of ripe peaches. WOW, the balance between the sweet and acidity is perfect and really makes for a lively wine. The richness, depth and saturation of the taste is almost Machiavellian it’s so desirable. We love Gewürztraminer paired with turkey and this is one was absolutely SEDUCTIVE (in BOLD CAPS).
