He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Clear, dark purple color. Damp earth, plum, current and raspberry aromas; slight hints of alcohol on the first pour. Smooth fruity taste and a long mouth-filling finish with plenty of dry acidity. WOW, WOW simply PERFECT with the BBQ chicken and pretty fantastic drinking alone after the dinner. GREAT bouquet, flavorful…it was noteworthy, and a good to the last drop Zinfandel; two thumbs up from me!!!

She said: Dark purple red color, opaque, lots of thin evenly space legs moving steadily downward. I am partial to Zinfandels and was not disappointed in this one. It had lots of red fruit aroma with a mouth feel that did not disappoint. With lots of fruit flavor and medium body it had well developed tannins that lasted into the long finish. It was magnificent with the barbecued chicken! I would buy it again just for this dinner because it was a perfect match. At over $15 it is not a bargain wine, but is so good I would buy it again anyway.
