Tasting:

He said: Dark burgundy-red color. Very light fruit and alcohol bouquet. Nice dry, dark cherry taste that goes into a long finish with some earthy overtones. It’s VERY dry, yet has a soft leathery texture and is easy drinking, it’s a sleeper Bordeaux…and an excellent buy at this price.

She said: Dark garnet color. Little if any bouquet. Not a lot of flavor but dry, medium bodied, with firm tannins. This wine was delicious and a good buy at this price. It was perfect wine for this dinner. I look forward to the second bottle.
